Perhaps you are here because your worry, tension, or anger has become too much to handle on your own. Maybe you’re struggling with your relationships, either romantic or ones with family members and friends, and you are feeling lonely. How we see and relate to ourselves and other people is heavily influenced by our past and present experiences, so it makes sense that you are here looking for some relief and support.

I am Dina, the registered psychologist and founder of InsideOut Therapy. I am here to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space where we can together unpack your current worries and formulate the goals you would like to achieve.  At your own pace, we will connect your present struggles to early  experiences and bring to awareness the coping mechanisms that were once important but now are unhelpful and creating issues for you. My approach is based on teamwork and establishing a safe client-therapist relationship that allows us to explore, understand and modify unhelpful patterns.

Services

I provide individual online and in-person therapy for adults. Individual counselling allows us to securely explore feelings, ideas, and experiences that we have previously avoided or ignored. With a newfound insight, we may change feelings of shame, inadequacy, and rejection into compassion and self-acceptance.
